Open up the work that is unfolding here?

I am sitting in my studio in Ystad, sensing that the time has come to begin sharing the work that is unfolding here. The studio has become a kind of nest, filled with color, form, and an energy that has slowly grown. The painting process has now truly begun.
The work comes to me in waves. Some paintings carry traces of earlier phases and have received new layers, new beginnings. This spring, the color orange called to me, and several canvases were grounded in that tone. Through layers, structure, and quiet contemplation, something slowly begins to reveal itself. It cannot be rushed. I listen and follow what wants to emerge.
At the same time, I am learning to balance painting with rest and movement in nature. Walks along the coast of Ystad, roses, forest, and silence become part of the process. Light, shadows, and landscape are mirrored within me and take their place in the painting.
When I needed to change pace, I began working more on paper. I was drawn to the weight of the material, its sound, its responsiveness. The colors were allowed to guide me, and from this a new theme emerged: inner landscapes. Paintings that move between the forms of nature and an inner way of seeing.
The stillness and presence of cats have also found their way into the work, as has my attraction to mysterious landscapes and worlds that awaken a childlike curiosity. Now I let the paintings show the direction forward. I follow them where they wish to go.
