New Steps in My Bodymapping Journey 🌿

Right now, I have the great joy of a few beautiful souls exploring bodymapping together with me in a small workshop. It feels deeply exciting to follow their processes, all that is awakened when one listens inward, creates freely, and allows the body to lead the way.

This work gives me new insights all the time.About life.About community.About how meaningful it is to share, to express oneself without demands, and at the same time remain fully within one’s own process.

I myself am now working on my fifth bodymap painting, and I can feel how everything deepens with each layer and each new discovery.It feels as if something is beginning to take form, and I dare to say it:
